When will my order ship?

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days from receipt of order. All orders are shipped from Florida.

What is the shipping cost?

UPS Ground: $6.50
UPS 3Day Select: $15.00
UPS 2nd Day Air: $20.00
UPS Next Day Air: $30.00

May I see a proof of the item before the order is printed?

The proof fee is $6 per item. Please indicate requested proof in “Special Instructions box”. An additional proof fee is charged for each additional proof/change.

Are envelopes included?

Envelopes are included for all note cards, holiday cards and invites. Envelopes for contact cards, enclosure card and gift tags may be purchased for $.30 per envelope. Please indicate quantity in “Special Instructions box”.

Is return address available?

Return address is available for an additional $.50 per card. Please indicate address in “Special Instructions box”.

How do I send my photo for the digital photo items?

What if my order has an error?

Any error made by Polka Dot Pear will be reprinted and shipped via original shipping method, free of charge. Any customer error will be reprinted and a 15% reprint discount will be applied. When submitting reprint orders, please indicate the error and if a reprint discount should be applied in the “Special Instructions box”.

Are larger quantities available?
